Christmas in Paris 12-25-25

It dawned as a beautiful day in Paris today, but still very cold. There were a few people out walking but by and large everything was shut down. We didn’t bother to go out at all, but we had a very nice lunch. It was very simple; a bloc of goose fois gras on little toasts, fig jam, a very nice Brie de Meaux, olives, tomatoes, and a bottle of pink Champagne.  Also a Buche de Noel and a little plate of mini tarts. Nothing too complicated. And that is our quiet Christmas. We wish each and every one of you a day as enjoyable as ours.

Merry Christmas!!
